PARK POLICIES

1. During Regular Park operating hours, the north parking lot is the only designated parking area for coaches, players and their supporters. Parking in the employee parking area (inside the facility) may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. Softball City assumes no liability for theft, or damage to vehicles. Guests should remember that softballs are hit into the parking lot with regularity. Vehicle owners park at their own risk.

2.Pets are welcome to be with you on your visit to the park (except during Canadian Open Fastpitch Tournament). However, they must be on a leash during the visit. Pet owners are also responsible for any cleanup of their pet’s waste. Due to Health Department regulations, NO PETS are allowed in the restaurant or deck area. Our deck is a food service area.

3.No outside food or beverage of any kind may be brought into Softball City. Your support for Extra Innings Sports Grill is greatly appreciated and needed to meet the costs of the facility operation. Any outside food and beverage will be confiscated, or the person(s) will be asked to leave the park.

4. Warm-up on the infield area is not allowed. Our grounds crew staff needs to be able to move about freely in preparing the fields for the next game. This rule is in effect for the safety of both the players and our staff.

5. Gates open 1:15 minutes before the first game for Slo-Pitch and 1:30 minutes for Fastpitch.

PARK ALCOHOL POLICIES

1. Law prohibits drinking alcohol or having a tailgate party in the parking lot. Local police do patrol our lots and they have informed us that they will fine all infractions observed.

2. All alcohol purchased in the Sports Grill must be consumed in the Sports Grill or on the patio decks overlooking the fields. No alcohol is to be taken down to the field level.

3. When it is open, alcohol purchased at the Beer Window at field level must be consumed in either the Diamond 1 stadium, or the bleachers in the area near the batting cages, or in the first base bleachers on Diamond 4. No consumption in the concourse is permitted and it cannot be taken up to the Sports Grill or the deck areas.

4. Consumption of alcohol in the dugouts or on the fields is strictly prohibited.
