2007 ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL at
SOFTBALL CITY / EXTRA INNINGS SPORTS GRILL

Softball City and Extra Innings Sports Grill will reopen for it’s 2007 season in early March and we are looking forward to a great year of events. These events will generate an anticipated 250,000 visitors to our park and the South Surrey area.
We are offering to you an opportunity to generate exposure for your business by taking advantage of one of the advertising / promotional packages available for the 2007 season.
When you become an advertiser at Softball City, your company reaches participants and spectators of:
- Spring and Fall leagues
- The White Rock Renegades
- White Rock South Surrey Softball Association
- 50 tournaments involving teams from Fastpitch, Orthodox, and the Slo-pitch communities.
- Corporate tournaments and group events 2007 Slo-Hospital
- Fastpitch Tournament, featuring the “Special Olympics” Friendship division.

Note: Production costs will be included in the pricing for a two year
advertising contract.
If a sign is provided, the first year fee will be reduced by 50% for a two year contract.
Diamond Title Sponsorship
Includes a 4’ x 16’ sign on the upper back-stop of the selected diamond and major sponsor recognition on all Softball City printed schedules, brochures, newspaper result and promotional features and as well our website. In addition, in all PA announcements throughout the season, your respective field would be referred to as “ Your Company” Field (or Stadium in the case of our Championship Diamond #1).
League Sponsorship
Includes recognition on all schedules, standings boards, newspaper result and promotional features, in park PA announcements and as well, our website.
Tournament Sponsorship
Includes recognition on all Softball City printed schedules and our website, PA announcements during the tournament, free tournament entry if you have a team. In addition, during the tournament a company would have full access to the tournament participants and spectators for sampling, couponing, or any other promotional activity.
Combination Packages
We can combine any of the above at a negotiated price that meets the needs of an individual organization. We will be as flexible as we can…….Lets talk!
